Are you in the Xbox Insiders program? If yes, this is a bug with the latest update. Use the console's [url=https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/account-profile/manage-account/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem]report a problem[/url] tool to report this directly to Xbox. This is not an issue with Destiny 2 itself, it's an issue with the latest Xbox Insider update for Alpha and Alpha-Skip Ahead users. People have been reporting this happening with other games and apps.
