Artifact mods break armor charge
in certain activities (and only certain encounters in raids) the final column of artifact mods disable my ability to gain armor charge, thus making most armor mods useless. I have to choose between armor charge or 2 artifact mods

Update: now time dilation, powerful friends and radiant light have the same effect on armor charge, among others.
