Weapon Scrounger (71) isn’t working
The season pass level 71 weapon scrounger currently shows that it requires the season pass despite bing owned.

Hi there, thank you for your report. This issue has been resolved as of Update 7.2.0.5 and the reward should be showing as successfully claimed and activated. Let us know if you are still experiencing this issue so that we can investigate further.
