Seraph secret chests - 2023 during season 22
Does the secret chests even show up now? I've shot the floaty things, in order, but door was not open at the end -- tried multiple times on normal and legend

No. You needed special buffs that you could only get from the seasonal vendor during Season of the Seraph.
