Fynch is bugged
So you know how Vendors have the little icon and pulsing effect next to them when they "Have to talk to you" Fynch has been blinking for me nonstop for a while now and there is nothing I can do other than buy bounties. Is it possible that this may be a bug?

Hello there Abyss, It's possible that you have a quest in your Quest Archive (located in the Tower or HELM) or at the Enclase that needs to be picked up and completed, if you have the Witch Queen expansion.
