i still feel like the classes are missing something that sets them apart from each other and i think the key is stats with hidden perks that are class exclusive
like 100 resistance for titans gives them a 20% chance to ricochet a crit this gives them a 20% chance on each headshot to negate the damage or half it its called "hard headed" so if a 100 res titan gets shot in the head normally it would be a kill but they have a 20% to survive it this also means automatics are weak against titans with 100 resistance i will say it has to be a natural 100 you cant unlock this perk if you use armor stat mods to reach 100
for hunters 100 intelligence unlocks "master of stealth" foot steps are nearly completely silent, you can hear enemy foot steps 100x more clear, radar is enhanced and you can track recent enemy foot steps again this has to be a natural 100
for warlocks 100 discipline grants "battle focus" dealing and receiving damage boosts all your abilities charge rate, efficiency and damage
for all classes 100 strength unlocks an exclusive melee type hunters gain massive crit damage, titans gain the ability to concuss targets with melee attacks and warlocks gain their melee energy back after a powered melee kill
i think this would be kinda fun

Don’t think the classes need anymore incentive to max their class ability stat. Especially not Titans getting 30% dr out of the stat they use for their barricades. Just make mobility more of a relevant stat in general and call it a day
