Mindbender's Ambition runes still do not glow/react to damage.
Been a few seasons now, but Mindbender's used to have all the runes glow when you dealt damage with it. It was a cool, unique feature of the gun and it hasn't worked at all for quite some time. Would love to see it fixed.
