After picking up the quest and talking to Zavala in the tower, our Guardian needs to head to the tower hangar to collect Amanda Holiday’s ship keys. However, in the current season (season of the witch), the ship doesn’t even spawn in the hangar. So there is no way to pick the keys up and complete the quest. I changed characters, relaunched the game and even my ps but nothing is in the tower hangar still.
