Pretty self explanatory, since season of the witch update it’s happened a few times, confirmed on Xbox One + PC - upon death, you will be unable to respawn yourself by tapping “x” or respective respawn button. It simply doesn’t work. A teammate has to revive you, hopefully before you’re kicked for inactivity. Crazy how this is even an issue considering how basic a feature like respawning is. Fix your game before selling us $100 DLC’s.
