Not sure how the community as a whole feels about this idea but I'm sure there are some others who would agree with this idea. I'm a fan of the story of the game and really enjoy going back through and playing the campaigns again over and over. I don't like how I have to create a new character every single time to do so however, that makes my progress that I make for that character irrelevant if I decide I want to go back and play the campaigns again later. Additionally and most importantly though, I miss not being able to play all of the campaigns that have been released for the game. The idea of remaking the initial opening of Destiny into Destiny 2 is great for newer players as they have not experienced the rest of the game. However, them as well as us older players would benefit more from being able to go back and play the entirety of the Light and Dark saga campaign from base D1 up to Final Shape. I think this would greatly please the older player community who enjoys playing the campaigns as well as let newer players experience the entirety of the Destiny franchise and as to why this game is so loved.
