Okay so to preface this ; I understand that a LOT of people like to cheese, exploit and use movement techniques like skating or eager edge during endgame content. I know that a lot of players have run this content TO DEATH and are sick of the content, they just want the loot. I understand that, and I also understand that it is their choice to do so, they paid for the game with their money and I have no place to tell them how to play. I'm not saying people can't do this stuff at all...
But hear me out here.
If I want to play the game a little differently than you do, that should be my choice. So I create a LFG with tags specifically saying "no cheese" "no skips" "no skating" etc. While the team forms in orbit I politely explain over comms that I personally don't want it happening in the run because it takes away from the fun for me, and that's why I formed the LFG to begin with. I'm not jumping into other people's LFG and demanding they stop cheesing or skating...I'm not griping that Bungie needs to remove exploits or cheeses. I'm not hating on any of that.
I'm just frustrated with the people who won't respect a LFG creator / raid organizer even when that person has a polite chat with the team before launching the activity. Like, listen I'm not trying to waste your time, I'm not trying to force you to play in a way that you find boring...I'm honestly trying to find a team of people who like doing it the same way I do. That's the purpose of the LFG.
If you need your 5,000th clear of RON and think it'll be okay if you just cheese through one of these types of posts to save time finding another group...just don't? That's all I'm really asking here. Go ahead and do your cheeses, exploits, skips, skates and whatever else you want to do with your game. No issue with that. Just please stop joining anti-cheese posts and forcing them to put up with it.
Undermining the LFG creator and convincing the entire group that there's no reason not to skate, skip or cheese is just so rude. If I spent my time organizing a team for anti-cheese mode, why don't you just post your own LFG for efficiency? Your post will fill up super fast and I promise you'll have players that want to play like you do.
Again, please respect LFG posts that's really all I'm asking here guys. I respect your guys' playstyles. If I join a LFG and they say they're cheesing or skipping I just respectfully leave and wish everyone a good day. It's not that hard to have some mutual respect, even if we don't agree with each other's chosen playstyles.

Common sense alone would tell you that: If you host a group and members are doing things that you don't agree with, boot them outta the group. If you join a group where members are doing things that you don't agree with, leave the group. It's definitely not rocket surgery... Best of luck fellow guardian. 🍻
