So I haven't really seen many people talking about this so that is why I am writing this post.
I am one of the very few people that puts up with a lot of stuff not just in games but when I seen the hunter and titan getting brand new supers and the warlock (my main) getting a returning one from d1 but without its main part (self res), underwhelmed is an understatement. We have already had this subclass before? There is slight tweaks sure? But I just didn't feel as excited as I would have if it was something new. I just wanted to see if there were any other warlock mains out there that are feeling the same way as me because I haven't seen much written about this what I actually think is a big issue.
2 classes getting something new and 1 getting reprised really isn't fair in my opinion.

It’s also plenty different than D1 radiant.

I agree I didn’t play d1 but it still seams boring compared to the trials breaking hunter super and pve god titan super and we get??? Advanced gernade hell nah especially the fact it’s solar like cmon. Enough busted meta picks for dawn gove some to the other classes

Edited by Arizath: 8/23/2023 10:29:52 AMI mean you could argue that the grenade warlock gets in the super is new. If we look at the hunter it’s basically the aoe attack of D1 bladedancer. So 2 classes getting something new ain’t really true.

Plain and simple no. I’m not angry, just disappointed. It seems so mid it’s unreal. Especially when you could literally recreate sunsinger with Sunbracers plus an orb Gen mod on grenade kills and a melee recharge mod on orb pickups/jumping up in the air and getting kills. Then you could have well or dawnblade on top of that.
the warlock (my main) getting a returning one from d1 but without its main part (self res)
Man you missed out for years. Radiance was so much more than self res, & the D2 version seems like it'll be even better.
2 classes getting something new and 1 getting reprised really isn't fair in my opinion.
Classism for the sake of classism If it is good, why complain? And we didn't have the ability to play it out to see if it is not, so can you chill for now instead of whine?

The rest really pales in comparison to me. It may not be metuh but I really enjoy it. ☺
