Assassin’s Cowl does work, however not consistently.
There seems to be a bug where killing a single enemy with a powered melee [u]doesn’t[/u] trigger invis.
(Dodge, punch, kill 1, invis doesn’t trigger)
However getting a group kill with the chained lightning from a powered melee [u]does[/u]
(Dodge, punch, kill multiple, invis triggers)
I have recorded proof.

It’s because of jolt. If it’s a jolt kill, it does not proc. If it’s a powered melee kill, it does. Jolt is more likely to kill with one combatant. In a group of combatants, the melee is more likely to get the kill, and the chain to get the surrounding. It’s weird.
