Are the Solstice events canon? They've always had an unserious tone to them but nothing to imply it isn't real. So what's the lore to us being attacked there if that's the case? Most importantly, why are we fighting the Red Legion again?Are they not our allies? To my understanding, the Red Legion committed themselves to Caitl, who is our ally. So why do we keep killing these guys. Witch Queen I had the same problem. The first mission we are just slaughtering Red Legion simply for being on Mars yet Caitl doesn't seem to care that we continue to carry out friendly fire attacks against her troops. Personally, I would just reskin the Cabal and create a new Legion of either Calus aligned proxies or independent raider cabal in order to avoid this issue.
