Unable to unlock extra 4 load out slots in game

Hi, Im guardian rank 7 and I don't have guardian rank 7 Flawless Lost Sector Guardian Rank challenge to be able to unlock the 4 extra load out slots Does any one know why? Regards Chris

That is because the Flawless, Solo, & Legendary challenge was moved to be a Rank 9 challenge
