Basically, reduce barrier champion health regeneration rate while their shields are up to increase the length of time we have to pierce the shield. This change is mostly concerning echo of instability (void grenade kills grant volatile rounds to void weapons) and thread of propagation (strand powered melee kills grant unraveling rounds to strand weapons), that require us to first kill a secondary enemy and then use the corresponding weapon to shoot at an active barrier shield. I know these 2 options are almost pointless to use as there are faster and more effective ways to pierce barrier shields, but since barrier champions are essentially invincible while their shields are up, they do not need the rapid health regeneration.
TL;DR: Increase barrier champion shield uptime to allow void/strand fragments enough time to activate and stun.
