ENOUGH with the multi-generational copies of weapons and infusing nonsense
So, Compass Rose is in the loot pool again, and I also have copies in my vault from last year.
The seasonal icons are the same, the gun perks are the same, even the thumbnails are the same.
WHY DOES IT COST UPGRADE MODULES TO INFUSE THIS YEAR'S INTO LAST YEAR'S??
This occurs with multiple weaps (The Messenger and Roar of the Bear are two other examples), and I would like to request that dev effort be made to consolidate each multi-generational weapon into one respective common group for the purpose of economical upgrading.

I made a similar post to the Something New HC. It's minor but still ridiculous. Seems like they forgot or just want to go in that direction to make the grind more sufferable.

Assuming they're separated in the loot table because they now drop with different perks. I agree, it's incredibly silly.

The logo in the top right changes depending on when the gun came out. Due to it having a different perk pool, it counts in the database as a new weapon or at least a different weapon from the other iteration. Ikelos weapons are the best example with the added twist of a new version number. Since they’re “different weapons,” then it takes an upgrade module. Gotta love bad coding 😂
