Liars Handshake GROSSLY INCONSISTENT!!!!
Hunter main (hunter only), been running Arc since 3.0 dropped. But I have noticed sooooo many inconsistencies with abilities and exotic perks activating properly. Assassins cowl works about 75% of the time because of the aftershock “delay”, I can deal with that somewhat. But Liars Handshake is just bad!!! It works about 33% of the time in PvE, and 0% in PvP! I wear them in PvP to deal with punch happy Titans, and I lose every single time because the perk will not activate ever! The dodge punch is the only way to effectively deal with apes shoulder charging constantly. We don’t have a one punch melee so this helps even things out.
Please prioritize this, it’s pretty annoying on so many levels. Hunter need love too!

I think a lot of the problem is if you dodge and then melee it creates that arc explosions which for some reason doesn't count as a melee or proc any melee abilities or perks.

It's buggy w gathering storm eqquiped I think also the aftershock melee fragment thing also consumes your liars handshake charge

It's bugged since season of plunder. There have been probably 50 posts by now here and on reddit, the devs simply DON'T. GIVE. A. F.

Personally i like liars over assassins they both pretty much have almost the same ability but one just grants melee and the other doesnt

5 Repliesffs, this is literally my favorite hunter exotic/build but I havent played in a minute because of other factors (although everything always being broken is a major one). Seeing this just killed the little hope I had they'd fix the -blam!- game. I guess "functionality" falls under their purview of "over-delivering"

Its because the jolt from lethal current is consuming the cross counter buff

Gotta admit, this buggs the hell outta me too. Arc is so much fun, when it works, but so very frustrating when it doesn't and should. The fun part probably being the reason why Bungo won't look into fixing it, that and ya know, hard work.
