So i just bought lightfall annual pass on Epic Store. [b]When launching the game i didnt linked mi Epic account to my bungie account inmediatly and started as a new light. In that state a had the season pass, but after linking my accounts and ennabling cross save I lost the season pass.[/b]
Anyone knows if there is a way to solve this problem or a way to contact bungie directly?? because i dont what to lose all that money... Already talked to Epic support team and they told me that is a Destiny problem.

The season passes and Dungeon keys are linked to the active characters on the platform you bought it on at time of purchase. If you then use cross save and pick a different account's characters then they don't have the passes or keys as they are with the old characters.
