Seriously they’re a little hot bungie. Not that you care about crucible at all but -blam!- how many shields does a person need. You gotta kill a titan like 4 times between jug shield, anteus, titan barricades and overshields. And having ohko melees is ridiculous especially with the rubberbanding and melee lunge they have. You’ve gone out of your way to nerf hunter and warlock melee lunge, most recently with the ophidians lunge nerf but titans can rubberband everywhere and it’s cool. 👍

I think the problem with titans in pvp is they have both the best offensive and defensive abilities and exotics. So they are great a rushing and defending. That being said, I feel like icarus dash should consume 15% of your class ability energy just like shoulder charge and you need full class energy to use icarus dash. I've played too many top tier warlocks that mastered icarus dash skating and it's awful with no real counter because they are the fastest class and can outrun, engage/disengage then heal before you get a chance to react or counter. I've played a few who could literally skate around a corner, land a sniper headshot, and skate back around the corner before anyone knew what happened.

The only things that need to be touched on is anteus currently with arc and Ramparts with void. Everything else is pretty normal. And yeah I made the swap to titan from warlock after how many years to have some flavor and to see what the fuss is about. Warlocks and hunters both still have advantages over titans while titans have theirs. Ramparts you really only need to toss a nade or run out of the hallway and make them waste the barricade go take on someone else. Anteus they can't shoot during the slide and having .45 to avoid damage is.. kinda 50 50. It does not work right all the time they still die from the bug that never got fixed where the bullets get behind the shield some how. Not only that you have to time it or else you get a face full of bullets the only thing that makes it work right now is cause of arc. Otherwise you never see them on ever. I have put another 300 hours into this game and not once have I seen either exotics being used in my matches so I'm guessing they are more prominent inside trials or comp. Which if that's the case they really only need to give a longer CD on Ramparts and take away one or the other with anteus and titans are back to being easily shotgunned unless they are running void.

Edited by KalelKryptonian: 7/16/2023 10:57:06 PMTitans always get a bad name and titans always get nerfed. In my opinion Hunters and warlocks are the most broken in pvp but especially Hunters because while titans take nerf after nerf Hunters hardly get touched. As gor any sign of toughness , what do you expect? Titans are build with toughness the tank. Hunters are build for stealth and speed and warlocks are make add control and damage. However that seems to be not understood. You can have everything, so if you can't out manover a slow titan then it's a skill issue and if you want them all the same, other pvp games are a opinion

Yeah both void and arc titans are my least favorite to play against. As soon as they take damage they put up their barricade in a panic. I’m fine with the melee damage they get, but the rubber banding is what makes it insanely irritating to play against.

I play all 3 Titans are strongest and are the easiest to build. Warlocks need some movement on 3 of the sub classes and are easy to build. Hunters are the easiest to jump on and see results, squishy and are the hardest to build.

NGL was expecting to check your profile and see a hunter main but now upon realizing you main warlock I’m confused. You’re telling me your 18 meter melee isn’t up to par?

A class identified as the melee/tank class shouldn't have strong melee and shields? Lol
