Liar’s Handshake Still Not Working with Arc 3.0
Cross Counter does not proc correctly since Arc 3.0 when using Gathering Storm. Linked video shows that Cross Counter does not activate after being meleed.
Additionally, Combination Blow does not count as a melee for activating Cross Counter. When using Combination Blow, you melee to jolt an enemy, then melee again to activate Cross Counter, then melee a third time to use Cross Counter. Most enemies are already dead by then.

1 ReplyBump, but at this point it unfortunately feels like a bug that will never resolve. This has been an issue for several seasons now. Kinda like anti barrier weapons or weapons given anti barrier with radiance not breaking detainment bubbles in VoG.
