Radiant well-lock + div user stacking 2x arc reserves + 2x or 3x arc surge mods, stack with a decent legendary arc heavy weapon + 2x special ammo finder. Bubble titan and this combo with div will work also. I used arc titan + thundercrash... welllock could use sunbracers for ads. Solar nade spam. LOTS OF ADS AND HARD TO KILL ADS IN BOSS FIGHT. Only one crit area on the chest of the abnoxiously giant tormentor. 2x thunderlord with one div. user works wonders for somewhat melting him. Forewarning: ADS are almost more deadly than boss. The thunderlord users should stack 2x or 3x arc surge mods. 2x or 3x heavy ammo finder mods. Add a few arc reserve mods and you should probably equip at least 1x of the void resistance mods.
