Being inside of a Ward of Dawn should make you immune to Stasis
Just like in Well of Radiance. Bubble is made near totally worthless when you can easily get frozen and melee killed instantly. Just make it so that when you have the "Armor of Light" buff (only available when inside of a bubble), you can't be slowed or frozen. You already can't shoot out of it, so at least make it somewhat more of a defensive super.

No way, it needs to be able to be challenged a d shutdown somehow. Also well of radiance is on solar so it actually make sense and it could be challenged from outside it (unlike bubble where you have a massive chance of dying if you go in there without a plan.

I think solar is the exact opposite of stasis and that's the part that causes you to not be affected by stasis...vs void. I recall them mentioning it in a twab/update some time back. In general, so many issues while casting super, during super, etc...with suppressions/freezes/strand... 🤷🏻♂️

Personally the only thing I feel like should make you immune to stasis is exotics, I don't mind well as much now since you can break the sword even with the supers. Bubble does not need immunity since it forces the user to go inside, after that its a who plays their hand correctly moment. As a side note stasis already recharges slower than all light abilities.

I think a good middle ground would be easier to get out of stasis while in a ward, or damage resistance still keeps you alive but not for long if you don’t react

2 RepliesI’ve went as much as saying opponents should also be automatically suppressed when they’re in the bubble. So they’re not able to pop super inside of it. Because if it’s just one guy in a bubble, a tether can easily be popped inside, or a blade barrage even.
