Unlinking Deleted PSN Account in Cross Save
Hi Bungie,
I want to unlink my cross save account from my old PSN account but i no longer have access to it since i requested to delete it years ago and completely forgotten about it. I've tried to contact Sony about recovering it but ultimately, directed me to talk to you guys about it.

If Sony can't help then you're stuck with that account forever. For security and privacy reasons Bungie cannot unlink platform accounts.
