Two players here - IRL friends that primarily have played the game together - tired of never really having enough people on our friends' lists or online to be able to run things like dungeons or the occasional raid. We are both currently power 1809+artifact (missing just a couple pinnacles each that just refuse to drop lol) - friend plays Hunter (currently Void spec'd this season), and I play Warlock (currently Arc, but have fluidity to play any spec with my builds minus the artifact perks).
Destiny veterans, primarily PVE players but do the occasional PVP if there's something we're working towards - my friend played the first game from its launch throughout its run; and I came into the fold around the Taken King era because I was iffy on the premise of the game and if I'd enjoy it. Both of us have played off and on throughout D2's run - normally fading away in obscurity because we don't have anyone to really play with to do more activities more often so it's been mostly just 'run weeklies', 'do occasional messing around'.
The type of clan we are seeking would be more casual. Some major highlights we're hoping we can find:
• A Clan that does not treat Destiny 2 like it is a job and does not have super strict activity requirements. We both work and play other games in our off time, and aren't looking for a clan that's going to rag on us for not spending all of our free time on the game. We are more than willing to aid with Clan things when we are on the game - but we don't want to be nagged at if we decide we want to run a few things on our own, or we get online and play some other game instead of getting on Destiny.
• A Clan that encourages playing your way and the enjoyment of the game over what is currently "meta" or "broken and abusable". In essence, we'd like to avoid elitists that want to come in and degrade everyone for not running X subclass with weapons A B and C and fragments W X Y Z, etc. We have our builds and while they may not be the 'top tier most optimal effective' builds, we enjoy them and have fun with them. We don't really want a Clan that's going to demand we have to play a certain way.
• A Clan that emphasizes being friendly and making new gaming friends. Kind of goes hand-in-hand with the other points - we would like a clan that's friendly and welcoming to everyone and every play style and just wants to make gaming friends and have fun playing the game.
• More of a "bonus points" if it applies, but if there exists clans out there that are more "pick up fireteams" about running activities (ie. they run a dungeon or a raid or some other activity just if there are enough people online and willing to do the activity; rather than every activity must be scheduled at a specific time and day), that's even better.

We instead pride ourselves on maintaining a kind, enthusiastic and supportive vibe! ☆ You don't have to be on 18 hours a day, you don't have to join others every time you play, although we encourage members to help and to also ask for it. ☆ Discord is required. We use it to plan events, share hints and tips, build advice and lots of other useful things. mic use is optional, Unless raiding. Lots of us are very keen on helping out others, and we have seen members achieve things they never thought they would. And that's what a clan is for. We really do, go out of our way to lend a hand. So, if we sound a good fit, message myself, or a member of our admin team, and we will get you hooked up! Happy gaming!! https://www.bungie.net/en/ClanV2?groupid=5067999
