Found a bug where my Ghost's Armorer Mod didn't apply when I focused a pair of Star Eater Scales from Rahool. I had the Discipline mod on, which should give a guaranteed +10 to the corresponding stat. As you can see in the video, the Discipline stat is only a 2. Unsure if bug or intentional. Hopefully it's a bug. Nothing too serious, just thought I'd bring it to the devs' attention and gauge whether or not this has happened to anyone else.
