For about 1 week and half now, I've seemingly been unable to give any kind of commendation after an activity is complete. This wouldn't be annoying if it weren't for 2 things. 1) Guardian Rank requires that I reach a certain commendation score in order to rank up, and one avenue of increasing commendation score is commending other players. As such, I've been limited in my quest to rank up my guardian rank and it's dependent on other players to do so, and I've yet to reach the required score. 2) Hawthorne requires that I give commendations 5 times in one week to give me Powerful Gear. And since I can't, that's a source of powerful gear I cannot access. I don't know if I'm an isolated incident or not but being unable to commend has limited me somewhat as a player. Just letting you know.
