Requirements not met
So far all my artifact mods that are unlocked say “requirements not met” on them. I’ve reset my artifact once and then this happened. Google is no help so maybe there’s someone here that would know. Am I missing something?

5 RepliesYou can't refund a perk if doing so would lock a column where another perk is already active. For example if you have any perks selected in the 5th column you can't deselect any perks in columns 1-4.
