Hey bungie. If you've noticed two seperate times that there have been issues regarding exotic focusing, and have now disabled it. You need to give materials back for it. Full stop. If you've recieved reports of exotics not rolling at the right stats and have had to patch it and now disable it You need to give players both ascendant shards and ciphers back.
