I tried to validate my phone number many times, but there is no code sent at all.
Region: Egypt
Provider: Vodafone EG
I tried even to look up and contact support directly but found that there is no way to get in touch with support to do it.
Does anyone with the same issue?

This is a known fault. Some users have found that pressing the 'return' key instead of clicking the button works. Could you try that? Also, there is no way to contact Bungie. This forum is the correct place to report such issues and get help.
