Cure (Solar verb) only restores a portion of your health. While it is relatively easy to trigger, it should do more than just give you back hp and shields. I think a good bonus for it would be to remove any debuffs you are currently suffering from and/or make you immune to becoming debuffed for a short time (2-3 seconds). I understand this has the potential to become overpowered, but as there are only a limited number of things that can grant Cure, I don't think it would be too dangerous. If that sounds too powerful, something else I was thinking was that it could grant some melee energy (the same way devour heals and grants grenade energy).
