Predictions For Marathon
1. Lobby Balancing Will Be Horrible (One way or another)
2. Glitchy AF
3. "We are listening" then erratic nonsensical nerfs.
4. "Expected downtime - 1 hour" then the servers will be offline during whatever meager hours you have to play.
5. Terrible Netcode - Cheating, Rubber banding, Favoring the lagger promoting lag switching, aimbot BS.
6. See that mountain over there?
7. Poor map design.
8. Great extensive lore, that doesn't even remotely make it into the actual game.
9. Hypertoxic Community
10. Frequent Lies from Bungie
11. Microtransactions attached to promises of upgrades which merely lead to disappointing poor people.
12. Virtue Signaling, followed by violations of said virtue which Bungie will refuse to even acknowledge.
13. Great art direction, solid gameplay concepts, great music, unenjoyable mental health exploitation plagued by poor game director choices.

I’m not big on extraction/battle royal shooters. And I’m skeptical based on bungie’s odd choices. But I’m willing to see if something good comes out of it.

I don’t think there’ll be a ton of cheaters, not with this AI anticheat shaz that’s set to start coming out. Seriously look it up, it’s cool as heck

Ah, quit being negative. You haven't even seen gameplay. If you hate Bungie and Destiny, why do you continue to play their games, buy their products and waste your own free time on their website/app? Strange thing to do. If you hate something, you don't stick around you move on. -
Marathon is the custom-made game demanded by streamers. They are sick of all the time wasted on lore and easy content for the average gamer. It will be cheaper to make and more profitable for Bungle and Sony. Unless it's a giant flop like Anthem.
