The solar grenade duration seems too short.
Celestial Fire does not reliably activate the perk.
In general, the powered melee kill activation requirement seems impractical given the abundance of kill chaining abilities in the game now. It should probably be reworked to something that doesn't get yoinked from the player's powered melee kill attempt so easily in group activities.

Whether it was intentional or a bug… the Sunbracers no longer increase the duration of Solar grenades. There is a video on YouTube showing this.
