Pulsar Approaching (new 2 gift subscription emblem) Requires Emblem Not Owned
I took my reward for Twitch sub bounty from Rahool.
Emblem is appearing in Recently Discovered tab and in Emblems inventory but it is somehow not unlocked in collection.

same here, but from what i am seeing, it is not supposed to be out yet. Strange.
