Error occurring during the completion of the seasonal activity "Salvage" That Returns Guardians to orbit, generally only occurs during fight with Final Boss/Final Phase of the event.
This prevents quest progression, rewards given for completion, and experience for the vendor, etc.
In my case I am generally kicked to orbit due to network errors (regardless of actual internet speed or connection strength)
