the wanderer aspect is trash, at least make it spawn tangles on rift cast.
removes damage and cooldown is too long,
i'm still hoping for a suspend turret, but wouldn't ming if we get
to spawnlike 3 tangles on our location on rift cast.
at least the cooldown wouldn't be an issue.
