Shadowkeep getting armor/ It says i already have the essence of proud quest but i dont have it
It says i already have the essence of proud quest but i dont have it.
I checked my quests and my archive but its not there. What can I do now? I need the helmet to finbish the campaign. I need help badly.

Check your quests and the archive (specifically the past) again. If you're definitely sure then can you screenshot the lectern showing the error + your quest log and your archive so it can be pushed to player support by one of the mentors if it turns out to be a bug
