Focused exotic engram
The write up by Bungie specifically said we'd be guaranteed "Mid 60s stats rolls" b/c of how expensive these are at particular focusing. I SPECIFICALLY chose one chest piece, for 3 ascendant shards and 2 exotic ciphers worth, BUT I GOT A FLAT 60 stat drop!!! This is absolutely garbage... had this been the gamble to start I never would have spent it. I'm extremely upset and disheartened by this.

This same bug is happening to me too. I have focused multiple pieces and none of them have had more than 62 total stats, and none of them have had spiky stats.

Had the same thing happen to me. Exotics just aren't dropping higher than average or spiky. Definitely bugged atm.
