First things first Tangle is on a flat 15 second cooldown that can be triggered when you do not need it.
Second if I read it correctly you the warlock with the aspect have to throw the tangle for the suspend to happen. The problem with that is other people can pick up your tangle and waste your aspect.
Finally the Tangle can be shot by said teammates and it will ruin the whole point of the aspect.
My suggestion is change the wanderer to
When you have perched threadlings you can trade a threadling for an arcane Needle and give it a 5 second cooldown to prevent hard spamming.

This Aspect is just a fragment tbh. Nothing cool or particularly game changing about it. Tangles on Threadling kills is also completely useless when it’s gonna be on the same cooldown regardless. We will still be generating them back to back whether Threadlings are involved or not. I feel like it would make more send for a tangle to be called to you and it perch like a buddy, then go to where you shoot like the void Soul. Infinitely more useful just in that little change. It could even start its journey to the target the instant you start shooting even if it isn’t perched. It could just perch if it’s inactive. So to make it a bit more organized: - The wandering tangle will automatically seek its creator upon generation (cannot be picked up by Allie’s or enemies, but can be shot by enemies) - the tangle can perch at your should similar to an arc or void Soul - the tangle will activate and automatically seek out whatever target is shot next - if the target is shot before the tangle reaches you, it will favor the target over you and seek it back it even immediately after creation - damaging enemies that are suspended in this manner grants a small bonus melee energy, and killing them generates a Threadling upon death - aoe is wide enough to actually do something in PvE lol - Threadlings generate tangles - using tangles in this way will work with related exotics and as well as fragments ^ infinitely better and more interesting while not being super crazy (in practice this really wouldn’t be any worse than titans and hunter spamming their class abilities at stupid rates)

It literally does 0 damage it couldn’t kill a few goblins but yet take that aspect off and it would 1 hit them and wouldn’t even need to be worried about

Gonna be useful for them lost sectors....

Have you played Strand Titan? That stuff is annoying but really not that bad.

I literally pick up tangles to give woven mail to everyone. Can’t be offensive with squishy teammates.

Too late to design a new aspect but I'd like that but the arcane needle would end up with a 20% damage nerf if that happened. It would be easily spamable and cheesy in PvP with impact indicators X3. I'd rather see a fragment that reduces the cooldown of tangles to 5 seconds plus a discipline and strength boost to benefit all classes current and future builds
