The Rework of No Backup Plans is very likely killing all incentive to use that exotic on any other subclass than void.
As it is right now, shotgun final blows give melee energy independent of the used subclass. With the rework that functionality will be gone entirely and No Backup Plans will have only real use when playing void.
Moderate faster reload speed and in-air accuracy won't be enough to make people play that exotic outside of Void Subclass, Bungie.
