Since, the team is giving some love to underused exotics I figured its the time to ask about Apotheosis Veil. Yes Apotheosis Veil. This warlock helmet really shows its age, with its perk granting (Allies within 24 meters receive 25% Additional Base Class Ability Regeneration Rate. On Super Ability Activation: Fully restores Health, Grenade, Melee, and Class Ability Energy) according to light.gg. Yeah, this exotic exists in a world where you can constantly cycle abilities on just about every subclass in the game. If you build fully into intellect on a super like Well of Radiance you can take advantage of this exotic once every couple of minutes. With ability synergy being the name of the game, its impossible to justify using Apotheosis Veil when more frequent ability uptime can be achieved by simply slotting armor mods.

Complete rework Make the exotic boost super damage for non roaming supers (Nova bomb variants, choas reach, and the new strand super) while abilities are fully charged, the damage increase for each ability you have charged up to x3. Active: After super activation gain a boost to ability regen based on enemies damaged. Bosses, champions, and guardians count as more than one enemy. Passive: reduce base cooldown on all instant cast damage abilities (scatter grenade, magnetic grenade, suppressor grenade, axion bolt grenade, flux nade, blinding grenade, fusion nade, swarm nade (and whatever else I'm forgetting). Excludes damage over time melees (ball lightning). This would shift the flexibility of the exotic into burst damage, warlocks mainly use DoT abilities in pve so this will be a good change.
