In that case player just ran straight to Banshee instead of playing hoping for a god roll drop. Hence not or rarely happening. Good thing though, aside from new players every halfway veteran is swimming in drops and God rolls no common-sense human can ever use/try anyway. We are by no means short of good or very good loot. Let alone loot in general.
