That'd make no sense since RNG can easily screw you over and grant you the same MW 3 times in a row, and then you'd be out a certain amount of currency for no change whatsoever. What a slap in the face that'd be, lol. In the past, every time we could reroll a gun or piece of armor (like with Glass Needles), it was unlimited in terms of how often you could do it other than by how many times you could afford it with your currency.

It’s a good possibility but it’s a gabble/rng like anything else. The reason I said limited amount is because you already have cafted weapons and weeks you can farm certain raids. The last thing they would want to do is allow people re rolling weapons and get there god rolls in a day. When you could re roll your weapons unlimited there was no farming raids or crafting at that time. It already took them this long to let us re roll exotics with a hefty price tag and they did that because they still wanted to make lost sectors relevant.

I argue that crafting only increases the demand that we should at least get to reroll one part of non-craftable guns since we can easily pick out perfect perks and a MW on crafted guns. No reason why non-crafted guns have to be left in the dust.
