Hello, I'm sure bungie's released a patch for this in the past, but as of recently, there's been a re-introduction to the restoration timer resetting to an ability's timer (ie. phoenix dive setting the timer to 3 seconds, even when at 12 seconds). I hope they plan to address this or repatch the issue in an upcoming update. Thank you
