Destiny 2 character deletion bug
Hi, a friend of mine with his guardian named Kairos#4697 just initiated the game on ps5 and his characters wont show up. We need help.

2 RepliesBut he has his account full secured, there's no way someone went into his account and deleted the characters. Either its a really good hacker or an error of Bungie.

1 ReplyWe really need help please, this Game is very important for him, an he has dedicated a significant part of his time to play It. There has to be a way to retrieve deleted characters if his characters were deleted by a hacker.

I'm sorry for what happened to your friend, but I also responded to the post they created with the same information you were given in your other post. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/262818952 Characters can [i]only[/i] be deleted manually in-game while logged into one's account. Whether they deleted the characters themselves or somebody else did, Bungie will not restore anything.

As DC told you they were manually deleted by someone and will not be recovered. Nothing can be done.

There has to be an error, his account is secure and nobody has access to his account. It have to be someone that hacked the account and deleted the characters. Isnt there any solution?
