Triumph for Osteo Striga Catalyst failing to unlock
The triumph reward for reshaping the Osteo Striga with a Catalyst inserted is not unlocking for me. I have retried this at a much later level only to find that the resources were wasted.
I have included a link to two images regarding my weapon and the triumph not being unlocked. Any help would be appreciated.

Equip MW'd osteo -> go to relic -> reshape -> reshape something other than osteo -> change a perk on it -> finalize
