Username/Clan Names
Why isnt the naming restrictions the same? They are both expected to follow the same code of conduct. why can't we change out bungie names every 72 hours with a 48-hour turnover. (Additionally, why is Bungie lazy and not adding a filter to the name system until the name is reported)

Some words themselves only break the rules when used in specific ways, so the word itself is not filtered. Since people can be creative and avoid the terms in the filters, sometimes a report is neededd.
