Outside of some minor tweaks to item costs, most currencies are in a pretty good state right now. Vanguard, Crucible, and Gambit focusing is still a little too expensive shard-wise. The worse currency right now is definitely enhancement cores - specifically their costs in crafting. The amount of cores needed to upgrade is ridiculous compared to their drop rate in the world. One of the best shard boons we’ve gotten in a long time is the seasonal engrams. Focusing just costs the engram and a tiny amount of glimmer for 4-6 shards. Add on top of that how they drop like candy from activities entirely passively if you get upgrades. I’ve gone up around 1K shards this season while also focusing more stuff than ever before
