Firepower mod not working
It is not spawning an orb of power after a grenade final blow even though the bottom left text says one was spawned. I know I'm not picking it up either because I don't get armor charge

I just noticed the same issue. I thought it was just trip mines and lingering grenades but it's everything and it is making ability uptime incredibly clunky.
