Peregrine greaves is only working properly with arc, and void shoulder charges, the solar shoulder charge needs to be fixed/ updated. the old hammer strike scaled too high from the weakness debuff, now that it doesn't apply weakness debuff, it doesn't scale high enough. bngie please fix this
